Starpower has been the worldwide leader in talent competitions for the last 37 years. What began as an eleven city tour in the USA has expanded to 100 cities annually around the globe. Starpower is a founding member of the Star Dance Alliance, hosting events in nearly 400 cities worldwide each year, including the World Dance Championship in NYC.
Starpower is the most prestigious stage in the dance industry and this is your opportunity to battle it out to the be THE Battle of the Stars Champion. The Battle of the Stars will showcase the most incredible groups featuring dancers of all ages and styles. Battle of the Stars Champions will earn a Golden Ticket to the 2025 World Dance Championship to represent their country and compete to be World Champions. REGISTER TO COMPETE
We are excited to announce that you can now register to compete at Starpower at MOVE IT 2024. Register by clicking the button below, and see below for a step-by-step guide to registering. You must complete all 6 steps of registration to complete. You should have access to do this. The steps are located on the top of the register screen.
Plus! We’re excited to announce that the competition is now open to soloists, duos and trios as well as groups!
Registrations are now closed.
There are 6 steps associated with your registration process and this can be found on your dashboard. If you have completed the step it will be gray and black. Please make sure you are completely filling out each numbered step above and using the next function to complete you registration.
The 6 steps are as follows:
- Select event
- Fill in the reservation and click save
- Add dancers (You will have to use the Add New Dancer function if you are new to Dancebug, after you’ve added the dancer in that tab, you can use the Select Attendees tab to move your dancers into this event)
- Add Specific Routine Information
- Review your application
- Click save and pay
Please make sure to hit next between each step. Should you have any additional problems please contact Starpower via Email at [email protected] and they will guide you through the process.

- Trained and choreographed for Abbey Lee Miller at the Abbey Lee Dance Company
- On the faculty at Artistic Dance Exchange, Wild Dance Intensive for the Star Dance Alliance, Crew Studio, Broadway Dance Center, Millennium Dance Complex, and is a guest instructor and competition judge around the world
- Choreography credits include “Dance-Off,” Go90’s ‘Crashed’ series, Kid’s Choice Awards and Dance Class Live promos, Australia’s “ASTRA Awards” Abbys Ultimate Dance Competition, and music videos for Rachael Sage, Allegra Miles, Alexx Calise, Todrick Hall, The Pretty Wild, Emily Rowed
- Choreographer on all 8 seasons of “Dance Moms”
- Dance trained in Ohio
- Graduated with a BA in Dance with a Business Cognate from the University of Akron
- 4 years on the university of Akron D1A collegiate dance team
- Obtained interdisciplinary MBA from UA whilst dancing and teaching professionally in LA
- Travels internationally as Gianna Martello’s assistant and teaches on Wild Dance Intensive
- Dance credits include New York Fashion Week, “Holiday Twist” movie, and in various music videos such as “Blindside” by Emily Rowed, “Tainted” by American Idol’s Allegra Miles, RIP Youth, James Maas, We are the PrettyWild
- Featured dancer and soloist on several contracts for Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines
- Other dance credits include Cher/Chic with Nile Rodgers US concerts, music videos for Enrique Iglesias and the Disney Springs Stages, Orlando
- Dancer and announcer on the iconic hit series “Dance Moms” and “JoJo Siwa’s Dance Dance Revolution.”
- Teacher for Wild Dance Intensives, Power Pak and World Dance Pageant
- Participates in charitable dance related organisations lincluding iDance4aCure, No One Can Survive Alone concerts and Janie’s Fund/Youth Villages, where children dance as they raise money and awareness for other children in need
