We are looking for a diverse panel of speakers to share their industry knowledge and expertise at our next show, taking place at ExCeL London from 15-17 March 2024.

With 270+ industry professionals and over 32,000 visitors to engage with from the UK and internationally, this event is not one to miss. Come and be a part of this leading festival of DANCE!

WHAT TO EXPECT
The MOVE IT Talks Programme offers a series of inspiring Talks that take place throughout the 3-day event, free for visitors to attend. The programme is curated by the Creative Team drawing on themes and trends in the industry and influenced by applications. Successful applicants will either be programmed as part of a panel based on their area of expertise or invited to curate a talk themselves. This is the perfect opportunity for you to connect with artists, exchange viewpoints and make a positive impact on our audiences.
We aim to record all talks with the support of our technical team, with the ambition of sharing this with wider audiences.
MOVE IT does not pay talks panellists to contribute at the show.
HOW WE DECIDE
All applications are reviewed and selected by the MOVE IT Programming Team, taking into account the following principles:
• A range of different topics and provocations
• Talks that reflect the current trends in the industry
• New and exciting ideas that our visitors can experience
• High quality & engaging panellists
Due to high demand for involvement in the MOVE IT Talks Programme, we regret that it is not possible for us to accommodate all applicants. We are unable to offer feedback to unsuccessful applicants and encourage you to apply again next year.
The content in our programme is editorially independent from the commercial side of MOVE IT. Programming decisions do not reflect stand purchases or other partnerships, decisions are based on what the team feel our visitors would enjoy most.

Applicants can submit up to a maximum of 3 talk ideas per application and you will be able to submit more than one application. You will not be able to edit your answers once submitted.

COMPLETING THE FORM
• Applicants must complete all required fields in order to submit the form successfully.
• Ensure all personal details including names and contact details are correct.
• The ‘LEAD CONTACT’ is responsible for all communication with the MOVE IT team.
• Application outcomes will be sent directly to the Lead Contact using the email provided.
Our ambition is to offer a wide range of talks that caters to the needs of the wide range of audiences that visit the show. We are looking for anything ranging from how-to’s, empowerment, lived experience and anything that discusses topics relevant to the industry.
Please ensure you provide a detailed description of your talk/s with as much information as you can provide about what you want to talk about. This will be used in decision making and to help with the curation of the overall talks programme. Please note that our Talks programme is curated by the Creative Team.
