'IF YOU STUMBLE MAKE IT PART OF THE DANCE!'💚

The pandemic has been challenging for us all, but particularly for those training or working in artistic practices and the creative industries. MOVE IT wants to check in with you and make sure you are okay. For World Mental Health Day, we would like to share the links of some experts who specialise in supporting creatives’ mental health and emotional wellbeing.

Many of these experts will be featuring in our March 2022 show, where we will be having frank conversations about the emotions, anxieties and fears that have been present in the pandemic. What coping strategies and tools we can use to help us reflect, recover and take some positives from this experience. We want you to be confident knowing what 2020/21 has taught you.

Here are some links to some experts we have worked with and how they  can help you pivot your mindset, overcome self – sabotaging habits and unlock the creativity we need to rebuild a healthier and better future for us all. It’s okay to go slow and steady, you got this! And we’ve got you! Come feel the support you need to take the next steps to feel confident in your creative practices and take action in your life.
