Audition season is here! Castings Directors from some of the biggest brands come together to give invaluable advice on what they are looking for. Strategies for success will include how to prepare for the audition, making a good impression and what these big brands are looking for from the training training you need to stand out and what you should be doing in the audition itself! Auditions take practise and today you get to hear the audition journey direct from the person who is going to hire you!

A choreographer, a producer and a talented dancer decide to make a reality dance tv show – does it make the industry better, the dancer better or the audience better? Our panellists discuss the pros and cons to reality tv dance shows and whether we truly get to see the artistry, or the competition and whether it does dance a dis-service?

In Conversation with Molly Marsh

Molly Marsh is a 22year old, trained at MADD Colleges and is a musical theatre performer and dancer, social media content creator and recently also appeared on reality TV show on ITV. Since her public debut last summer Molly has been working hard to create content that shifts her into the presenting realm and help her realise her bigger ambitions. Come listen to an up close and honest conversation about her journey, the pros and cons of reality tv and her future plans.

Join the Disney Talent Casting team for an interactive discussion on the global performance opportunities available with Disney Live Entertainment! Meet Casting Directors responsible for bringing the magic to life at Disneyland Paris, Disney Cruise Line,  the Shanghai Disney Resort and Hong Kong Disneyland. We will discuss roles, 

 Disney Live Entertainment along with auditioning best practices. Bring questions you’ve always wanted to ask a Disney Casting Director!

Disrupting the stage: Neurodivergent takes the spotlight

An opportunity to discuss whether educators and teachers can think and work differently when teaching dance. Our panel discuss a series of alternative strategies to cover a range of dancers with different needs in the room. Together lets find an approach and best practise that allows us to be truly inclusive and to support neurodivergent students and students with disabilities.
