Precious is one of few world class black ballerinas. Precious originates from Canton, Michigan USA and is currently a professional artist with the English National Ballet, and she has been a professional dancer here in the U.K. for 8 years under the directorship of the internationally renowned Tamara Rojo. She trained at the Academy of Russian Classical Ballet, Michigan; National Ballet School of Canada; Academy Princess Grace Monte Carlo, Monaco and Bolshoi Ballet Academy, Moscow.

She joined the English National Ballet in 2014 and in the Autumn 2017 was invited to take part in the Kenneth MacMillan – A National Celebration at the Royal Opera House dancing the Calliope Rag in Elite Syncopations with colleagues from The Royal Ballet and Northern Ballet. Nominated as a Finalist for the 2018 Emerging Dancer Competition. 2019 danced the Chosen One in Pina Bausch’s Le Sacre du printemps (The Rite of Spring). Most recently appeared as Stepsister Edwina in Christopher Wheeldon’s Cinderella.

She is a double prize winner at the Prix de Lausanne 2014, Young Arts Finalist and Silver Medal. Awarded the Emerging Artist Award at the Critics’ Circle National Dance Awards (2018).

Although Precious is normally a very busy ballerina traveling the world with English National Ballet she has always had a passion for authentic self expression and development, which is one of the reasons she knew she had to become a top level dancer. Precious lives to inspire and be inspired, empower and be embowered. She lives to dance. “
