BOOKING A COACH

New for MOVE IT 2024 we are proud to be working with The Big Green Coach company. The Big Green Coach is the largest events travel company in the UK, and their aim is to reduce the number of vehicles travelling to events.

With day return services running on both Friday and Saturday, you can let Big Green Coach take the stress of planning your travel. Get your tickets from Birmingham, Bristol, Coventry, Liverpool, Luton, Manchester, Milton Keynes, Northampton, Reading, Slough, Stoke on Trent, Swindon or Wolverhampton from just £42 HERE.

If your preferred location isn’t listed, or you’re travelling with a large group, Big Green Coach can also provide a private hire to suit your needs. Simply fill out this form and they will get back to you as soon as possible.

Filling a coach full of customers on average can cut 18- 20 cars from an event! They offset all Carbon emissions through Ecolibrium and operate as a Carbon Zero transport company! Last year they offset over 800 tonnes of C02.

HOLDING TICKETS

You can hold Priority and VIP tickets for groups for a maximum of 2 weeks as we have limited capacity on these and cannot hold them indefinitely.

We can hold standard tickets for up to a month.

COACH PARKING

Unfortunately, there is no parking onsite for coaches at the ExCeL. Coaches can only drop off / pick up at the west entrance and therefore will need to find an alternative car park nearby to park. We recommend using the The O2 as it is the closest.
