MOVE IT has won a prestigious AEO Excellence Award for the 2009 event held last March at Olympia. The show won Best Consumer Show under 2000sqm and the MOVE IT team were presented with the trophy at the Hilton Park Lane on Friday 19 June. MOVE IT were up against tough competition in the form of the BBC Good Food Show Scotland, and The Baby Show.

The judges remarked about the MOVE IT event: 
'A quite outstanding show. A fine example of excellence on so many levels: an impressive audience blend, intelligent and admirable use of the internet, interesting and innovative revenue streams combined with exciting and fresh ideas. The judges were unanimous in their praise of this clever and unique show.'

MOVE IT has been crowned the Best Consumer Exhibition at the recent Event Awards held in London. MOVE IT beat tough competition from The Clothes Show Live, A Taste Of London, Grand Designs Live and The Outdoor Show to take the coveted prize.

The organisers of MOVE IT, Upper Street Events (USE) Ltd, also won Organiser of the Year 2009 and the highly prestigious Event Magazine Grand Prix Award 2009.
