By submitting your work to MOVE IT, You:
Grant MOVE IT a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable right and licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, broadcast and make available to the public and exercise all rights in your contribution worldwide and/or to incorporate your contribution in other works in any media now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in your contribution, and to authorise others to do the same, subject only to applicable privacy restrictions set out in the MOVE IT’s Privacy Policy.

The video is not defamatory or obscene.

You agree that MOVE IT may edit your work so it can be used or broadcast effectively for example resizing or cropping.

If you would like your work removed from the MOVE IT site MOVE IT will endeavour to do this within a maximum of 10 working days after MOVE IT has received the request by email or in writing.
