Enjoy a class for all abilities mixing old school and current dance moves with an Egyptian flavour. Taught by Agata Pienio, an award winning dance fitness instructor who has choreographed for Ministry of Sound top selling fitness DVD's: Pump it Up, this class promises to be full of energy and fun, fusing dance and fitness to create the ultimate workout.
