Once you’ve uploaded your video it will need to be approved by the MOVE IT team. We will send you an email to confirm when the video clip has gone live on the site. As soon as you receive this you can then invite your friends and family to start voting for you.

Video Guidelines:
~ We highly recommend using your mobile phone to film your video.
~ Films can be no longer than 30 seconds long and no more than 4 MB (Megabyte) in size.
~ You can only upload video files (AVI, MPEG, WMV, MOV, 3GP) and not any other format.   
~ We only accept video files. Therefore links to websites which host the video (ie YouTube) will not be accepted.
~ We do not accept DVD's.

We will not publicise your film if it contains any defamatory or obscene material. MOVE IT cannot guarantee that every film will be published and have the right not to publish your work for editorial, technical or other reasons. By uploading your film to the GET ON STAGE competition you confirm your acceptance of the GET ON STAGE and MOVE IT terms and conditions.

Tips:
~You might want to film your performance in a dance studio as stage performances might turn out too dark for our viewers.
~Sometimes editing takes away the character of a performance/dance style, so you might want to consider submitting a video which is a continuous performance.
~Most of all, just have fun and be creative.
