Many dance practioners feel there is a gap in their qualifications, particularly if they didn't go down the degree route. He will also give you an insight into breaking into the fashion and the fitness industry, as he has choreographed extensively for fashion shows and live events for leading brands like L’oreal and Ministry of Sound, choreographing the new Pump It Up dance workout DVD.

Teaching Qualifications for Adult Learning: The Labyrinth Explained
This seminar aims to make sense of the new qualification required by all dance teachers who want to work in the life long learning educational sector, further Education, Higher Education and Adult Learning Institutes. There are a range of  different qualifications which are now complusory for teacher to have in order to teach in these sectors. Dance tutor Michael Branwell will talk about his own experiences of gaining the right qualifications, explaining everything you need to know about this learning labyrinth and helping you to unlock your employment potential in these areas. Ideal for teachers who are not teacher trained, but who want to start or continue to teach in the post 16 educational contexts. Michael is a successful ballet tutor who runs Harlow School of Ballet and leads the Chelsea Ballet Summer School as well as teaching at Morely College.
