15:45 - 16:30An Introduction to Acrobalance for Professional Level Dancers
This session will offer professional dancers an introduction to the essentials of acrobalance – a form of partner-based adagio acrobatic movement involving at least two people. Shapes, balances and poses are created through a subtle combination of weight distribution, strength and body tension. The workshop will be delivered by experienced teachers from Circus Space.
