MOVE FIT- Dance Fitness Classes, health & lifestyle educational workshops & fitness guru’s at MOVE IT 2018
Due to unprecedented demand – MOVE FIT is back within it’s big sister MOVE IT for 2018!
With a whole feature of MOVE IT dedicated to the MOVE FIT Movement, we’re bringing a whole host of dance fitness and wellbeing to MOVE IT.
The MOVE FIT space will include:
- – Dance Fitness Classes; ranging from the fast-paced to the slow-and-steady, try out a whole range of new disciplines
- – Advice on dancer’s Nutrition & Health; Experts giving advice and insight onto how to look after your body, health & happiness
- – Meet & Greet Ambassadors; From dancers to fitness guru’s – speak to & meet those that have been there and done it!
- – Yoga, Stretching & Body Conditioning; Give your body the treat it needs – whether you’ve been watching or performing…
Much like our MOVE IT Class programme, you’ll have full access to the MOVE FIT space at the event, plus the ability to book onto programmed Classes – giving you the chance to learn, try and love new dance fitness disciplines, that can help you become a stronger, healthier person!
From experts to beginners- no matter what age, standard or skill you have or are – anyone can book on and get involved!

Then YOU are the perfect person to lead a MOVE FIT Class…
We are looking for passionate, experienced and engaging leaders for the MOVE FIT Programme, to lead a class, workshop, seminar or talk for MOVE IT 2018.
